Automated email and SMS alerts, enhanced by an online portal, give you live ETAs and updates without the need to pick up the phone. Our handheld terminals with built-in GPS technology will provide revised ETAs if required, keeping everyone informed.
In addition, our barcode scanning technology enables the complete tracking of your equipment from the start of the process right through to its delivery and installation. We can customise the delivery or installation checklist to suit your personal requirements, take a picture of the unit in situ, capture your customer’s signature, and have everything available in real time through our online portal.
Booking our services couldn’t be simpler. Our online portal will enable you to quickly and easily upload your order, save and reuse jobs, create templates, view the current status, and retrieve POD information. For customers with more complex requirements, our in-house IT department can quickly organise EDI interface or CSV upload to reduce data entry duplication and errors.
To maximise space and drive efficiency, we have an industry-leading warehouse management system, again developed in-house. Anything that comes in and out of any of our warehouse locations has a unique barcode label and is scanned in and allocated to a specific location. Thanks to our live reporting you can see where your equipment is, where it has been, and all current stock levels.
We are confident that the technology we use to support the remanufacturing process is unrivalled across Europe. All our technicians work use tablets to follow an established workflow, making our projects all easy to track; all processes are agreed in advance with time and motion studies to ensure that our technicians are operating efficiently. At the end of each process, we take pictures that are then time and date stamped.
All of this means that we are fully aware of the asset’s current status at any point in the remanufacturing process, including information about the parts used and the associated costs from start to finish.
